I offer both short term solution-focused counseling aimed at specific symptoms and issues as well as more long-term counseling work aimed at increasing self-awareness and satisfaction in interpersonal relationships. Utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic and family systems interventions as appropriate, I tailor my work to the specific needs and goals of my individual clients. Feedback from the client is encouraged and welcomed during the therapeutic process as I believe it creates a more collaborative and productive experience.
